St. George, NB – MP Karen Ludwig hosted the Honourable Filomena Tassi, Minister of Seniors in St. George yesterday to meet with local Seniors Interest Community Groups to discuss initiatives for seniors and by seniors.
The meeting was well attended bringing 30 representatives including seniors’ advocates, program volunteers and participants to the table.
Appointed in July 2018, Minister Tassi’s visit to New Brunswick Southwest was one of many stops she did in Atlantic Canada, on her first tour as Minister.

MP Ludwig has also brought the new Fisheries Minister Jonathan Wilkinson, Infrastructure and Communities Minister François-Philippe Champagne, and Treasury Board President Scott Brison to New Brunswick Southwest in recent weeks.
